"Brigadoon"

One of the most beloved musicals, the story involves two American tourists who stumble upon Brigadoon, a mysterious Scottish village that appears for only one day every hundred years. Tommy, one of the tourists, falls in love with Fiona, a young woman from Brigadoon. The original 1954 film starred Gene Kelly and Cyd Charisse. Hear hit songs including "Waitin' for my Dearie," "Almost Like Being in Love," "There But for You Go I," plus many more. Lady Caroline. Launched in the summer of 2023, this will be Taylor Tours' first time cruising on this ship that is new to our Lake Erie shores. Here is Rydell High's senior class of 1959: duck-tailed, hot-rodding "Burger Palace Boys" and their gum-snapping, hip-shaking "Pink Ladies" in bobby sox and pedal pushers. They evoke the look and sound of the 1950's in this rollicking musical performed at the Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts in Warsaw, IN. Head "greaser" Danny Zuko and new (good) girl Sandy Dumbrowski try to relive the romance of their "Summer Nights" as the rest of the gang sings and dances its way through such songs as "Greased Lightnin'," "It's Raining on Prom Night," "Alone at the Drive-In Movie," and of course, the title track "Grease." This show recalls the music that became the soundtrack of a generation!
